Where are the plugins installed?

  • Windows: Installed in the VST3 default directories (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3 and C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3).
  • macOS: Installed in the AU default directory (/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components).
  • There is no need to uninstall a previous version; simply install the new version.

How do I control the Input and Output Levels?

  • Adjust the global input and output levels using the controls located in the top-left and top-right panels of the interface. Make sure that the output level meter does not reach the red area to avoid distortion.

Is the license valid for the three plugins (Deep Crunch, Heavy Tone, Virtuoso)?

  • Yes, the same license is valid for all three plugins.

Is the license valid for all user accounts on the same machine?

  • Yes, the same license key is valid for all user accounts on the same machine. However, each user must activate the license individually using the same license key.

Is a License Valid on Multiple Machines?

  • No, each license is valid for use on only one machine. Separate licenses are required to use the software on multiple machines.

What should I do if I want to transfer a license to another computer?

  • In that case, you need to contact us. We will reset the license activation so that you can activate the software on the new computer.
